I cant Believe I Did this...
I have had 4 Honda's that i have swapped over the coarse of the last 4 years. and I ended up sell all 4 of them because they all had idle issues, and i chalked it up to My Stupidity when it can to cars, and so i stopped swapping for a while.
Well Im glad to see im not the only one who makes stupid mistakes. lol
The wagon i picked up had sever idle issues with the B20 it came with.
I cleaned the IAC, FICV, TB, New PC bleed and rebleed and rebleed the cooling system, still no luck.
Turns out when the previous owner did the B20 swap, he deleted the charcoal canister. and when he did that, he ran a vacuum line from the TB to the Evap Return Line on the fire wall..... 3 shops looked at my swap and nobody could tell me why it was sooooo erratic!@!!!!!!
I was essentially giving my car a controlled vacuum leak of a Fuel vapor, the entire time it was running, instead of allowing the Gas tank to vent properly.
If you have erratic idle issues that you just cant solve, make sure to check that!!
