Default AEM EMS V1

I recently purchased an AEM V1 for my 01 GSR. its serial #1001-0045, I already have the jumper harness for it to mate with the EMS. My issue is when I load up the stock cal. map the car wont start. Ive input everything in as far Inj, tps, map, ect. and still no start. every once in a while it would attempt to start then die. Does anyone have a decent base map for a stock GSR?

The vehicle is in working order, currently running on a P28 and it is my daily. Car runs flawless. Im just trying to get this AEM thing figured out and then get it to a tuner once the other motor and turbo go on. Thank you.

How much did you pay for the v1? You can upgrade to the v2 pretty cheap.

List more details on the setup.

Map size
Injector size
Any boltons.

I pay less then what I would have bought an s300 if that helps. Not really interested in the V2. The setup im trying to get started is for a completely stock GSR, all it has is a short ram intake. Thank you for the reply.

Sync timing, rinse, repeat.

Best way - turn injectors off, have friend crank car over while you hold timing light & watch timing marks. Once sync'd, turn injectors back on and fire it up.
