I have a JDM H22a swapped EK with a P2A5, and I have third and fifth gear syncro failure.

I'm going to be changing the transmission, but I want to know what my options are before I purchase a replacement.

My questions are:

1) Can I bolt up any H22 transmission? (if not, are there any specific transmission codes that will NOT work?)

2) Will I have to change anything else to accommodate the replacement transmission?

3) What are the best options, for both open diff transmissions and LSD, that will bolt up without work?

You can't use a transmission from an H22A4 due to the ATTS any other H/F transmission will work.

Get the shortest geared transmission you can find and get one with an LSD if at all possible.
