My car does this time to time not very often tho in the pic it gets to 1500rpm and does like short semi fast jumps, I have to give it full throttle to break it but it always return when I shut the car off and wait a minute it tends to be fine after (the cel ligth is for my o2 sensors ) any tips /advice will be appreciated .!

not limp mode replace and or deal with your codes then inspect the cap and rotor sounds like a typical cap n rotor being worn .
