need more hp
Quality Turbo kit, 3" exhaust, a stand alone engine management system and a good tuner.
Also a manual trans swap would be my first step with a 5th gen autotragic V6 transmission. They are know to have issues on a stock engine, would hate to see what would happen on a V6 with a little bit of power added.

There was a user that had some custom fabricated headers on his C-series V6 in the Accord that I believe netted some decent gains. There's not oodles of things on that car to do. Like Ghost mentioned, a quality turbo setup along with aftermarket tuning is your best bet. Potentially cams but I don't know anyone off hand that makes them for that motor.
There was a fellow who replaced the AT in his Accord with an MT from a Legend.
As for the engine, nothing that I know of has been made for the SOHC C-series.
No replacement for displacement.
SOHC OBDI
C32A1 200HP '91-'95 Acura Legend
C32A5 230HP '93-'95 L, LS, GS Legend.
SOHC OBDII
C35A 210HP '96-'04 3.5RL
Or if you feel up to it, the NSX also used a C series but in DOHC flavor.
C30A 270HP MT '91-'96
C30A 250HP AT '91-'05
C32B 290HP MT '97-'05
