Default Advice needed on Honda Civic factory alignment specifications

Hi everyone,

I am looking to buy a used 2006 Civic and am considering a particular unit that seems ok (evaluation report says no signs of frame damage, major accident, etc.). One problem though is that it kept pulling to the left on the test drive.

I requested for an alignment and was given the following:

My main concern is the large difference in the left and right SAI (or kingpin angle as the report refers to it) for the front axle. I'm also not sure what the factory specifications are. Considering also that the left side has 0 camber while the right has 0.5 deg (understand the car doesn't allow for camber adjustments), could this be a sign of bent control arms or damaged knuckles, which is causing the steering to pull left?

I'm wondering if this is something that is relatively easy to fix with replacement knuckles etc if I were to buy this car. Thanks in advance for the advice and I look forward to learning more about the car from you guys!

Regards,
Gerald
