Icon6 D15B7 Idle issue - Need some suggestions

I have been having idle issues with this Civic (95 DX Sedan), it's like a plague. Deleted the IACV and FITV which helped the surging idle however now the idle will dip low and then surge back up. Rinse. Spit. Repeat.

Here is a short clip of what it's doing -

When driving, the pulsating continues when you keep the rpm steady.

I have adjusted the idle screw but to no avail, the issue remains.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should probably clean the IACV and FITV and put them back on or replace them.. They're there for a reason.. My car had the surging idle problem too.

It should idle fine once warmed up with out the iacv on fitv
There is a vacuum leak somewhere,
Inspect all hoses and make sure manifold bolts are tightened

Bled the system and quickly looked for leaks, didn't go on an extensive search though.
