Post D16y8 transmission pressure plate fingers bent?

im swapping my d motor. ok i drive the car manual with it without any big of a problem the exedy stage 1 clutch i have for like a year.
The only problem is that it sometimes grind only at 3rd gear when shifting. sometimes pops out of gear when driving big turns. when drifting u turns. other than that it drives smooth. The shifter bushings are all worn out i will be replacing that soon.

when i took off my trans the pressure plate fingers are slightly bent. bent like 3 fingers or four slightly inward. its not flush with the other fingers. wtf?
how did this happen. i cant afford another one at the moment but is this still usable? drivable? did i cause it to bend when i removed the transmission?

No it's not usable. The diaphragm spring in the pressure plate is probably broken.

Your pressure plate is broken, replace it, along with the release bearing. Inspect the flywheel for wear and machine or replace as required. Any bolt heads missing?

And don't forget the pilot bearing!

Yeah I would go ahead and replace all the parts while you have the transmission down.
