Strange Start & Stalls Honda Civic 94 DX Automatic
So I've installed both a new Fuel Relay & Fuel Pump, and now the car will start just fine, but will stall after some time.
When I try and restart the fuel pump will not kick in and it wont start at all, obviously.
Now, if you leave the key in the on position you can hear the shifter solenoid going berserk, random on/off, if you continue to leave the key in the on position after several minutes the solenoid stops clicking and the fuel pump will kick in then its good to go, until the next time it stalls...
Does anyone have electrical experience with these and know what the heck is causing this?
I have cleaned all the ground cables and the thermostat housing, all the electrical contacts, it seems like a loose ground but I can't find it.
The ignition doesn't seem to be the issue since there is power to the dash, just nothing to the fuel pump or distributor. The distributor looks good, but could that be the issue, or could the starter possibly cause this?
Someone said it could be an issue in the main relay circuit, is this different than the fuel relay under the drivers side dash?
Im going to take the ECU off and give it a sniff test next, but has anyone had similar issues to this?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks!

check the plug at the fuel pump with a multimeter make sure you're getting your voltage(to rule out improper installation of pump). If not you have a problem elsewhere.. The pump should prime when you turn the key on. (hence voltage)
Check when the car is running aswell you should have voltage.. When installing the new fuel pump did you make sure the ground was connected properly?

When you first start it, does your fuel pump prime then? After it stalls, and you attempt to restart, can you hear the clicks and does your CEL come on and go off? If you are not hearing the fuel pump immediately after stalling, it may still be primed from the first start. When you are trying to restart, is the engine still turning over or not?
Sometimes the fuel pump will prime, sometimes not, if it does prime it will start fine, then cut off after a few minutes, then the same issue will repeat, other times the car will not prime, yet if you leave the key in the on position the shifter solenoid will start clicking randomly and after a few minutes the car will prime out of the blue and start fine, then shut off after a few minutes of running like before. If the engine doesn't prime the CEL stays on, however it does flicker along with the shifter solenoid, like its trying to make the connection but can't. The engine always turns over.
