Question for those who searched for good tires
I need a set of winter tires for my 2002 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder that I just bought. I live in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, so we don't get a lot of snow, but it can get sloppy at times.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Bridgestone Blizzak WS70's on my pig for the winter, 185/65/15. Haven't had any snow yet, but I can already tell a BIG difference in cold weather/road capabilities compared to all-seasons in the past. The compound is much softer, but they don't seem to be wearing any noticably quicker in the 4000 or so miles they've been on the car. The all-seasons on the rear seem to feel rock hard in comparison when it's lower than 45-50deg.

Don't know why I did not run into these......after reading I find they are the ones I'll go with.
Look around on Craigslist, and buy whatever is in good shape. If you don't get that much snow, it really doesn't matter a whole lot what the brand is, just don't buy WalMart brand cheapos. I found a set of Firestone Winterforce in excellent condition for $150 on CL. Forget all that $500 nonsense for tires, I'll never do that again.
