HELP: Cooling system
So my in laws RSX type s has been leaking coolant and I took the cap off and had them run the car for awhile and noticed the coolant wouldnt flow. They had it diagnosed and mechanic says to replace thermostat and radiator. Replaced radiator and thermostat. I'm not much of a mechanic and I actually dont have AC on my car and never worked on it. But because i had a hard time replacing both parts I did a super noob move and took off the low pressure link to the AC condenser i guess without bleeding it? Guess that's why it wont get hot or cold anymore?
Anyway after replacing both parts. The lower hose to the thermostat WILL NOT get hot at all, just barely when the temp gauge reaches over half. fan wont turn on(fuses are good) guessing because the tempswitch next to the lower hose can only read "cold coolant?" Radiator is HOT and so is upper hose. I tried massaging both hoses with and without the radiator cap to get air out still HOT on top and COLD at the bottom. checked the coolant flow and NO FLOW whatsoever. does this mean that the thermostat wont open? even tho it's new?
PLEASE HELP. I'm trying not to lose my patience..
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

You could still have a nasty airpocket. I used an air tool to remove all the air for sure. rented it from my local Honda dealership. Try jacking the front end up super high and leaving the rear down. Take the cap off and run the car to help the air flow up to the highest point.
Type-Spaz just tried this but instead of using the tool spent a good 30mins massaging the hose and it helped alot. Thanks so much. Still need to figure out why the heater gets even hotter once the rpms go up but nonetheless appreciate the tip.
Just make sure to watch the coolant levels for the next couple of days. If there is still air it could finally rise and then if you don't have coolant in the reserve tank it will go low and could over heat. So make sure you keep coolant in that reserve tank.
