Hi,
I have an intermittent problem on my drive side actuator. I cannot lock it 4 times of 5, so I have to use my keys. For unlock it is working 1 times on 2, usually, the first try it wont unlock , so I press lock and then Unlock, and this time drive side unlock.


Do you have an idea of my problem ??

Spunds like you have an aftermarket system on the car. Memory tells me the 96 did ot come factory with a remote, too tired to look up the spec's _ wagon's came with it.

Anyway, have you tested the actuator by actually putting 12v and gound to it? Also inspect the wires in the door jam (inside the boot and where the connect)
