Omex Rev Limiter Fitting/Coil Negative Wire
I'm attempting to fit my single coil omex rev limiter to my civic because the previous owner had the limiter removed and I'd like to keep my engine safe.
To wire it in I need to take a wire to both the coil + and coil - . Where can I find these inside the dizzy cap? Every connection I measure seems to have 12v?!
Inside my distributor looks like this: http://easyautodiagnostics.com/honda...s/image_12.jpg
It's '94 B16A2 OBD1
Thanks.

The stock rev limiter is integrated into the ECU. Easiest way to fix it? Get the proper stock ECU for the car, or have your current ECU re-tuned to include a limiter.
just get the proper ecu or more simply stop driving you econ-o box like a race car there's NO reason you should be hitting close to the rev limiter daily driving it.

My coil is marked + and - but the confusing part is that I measure 12v at the - . I fail to understand that?

It's a coil, you'll get 12v at both point. Just wire per instruction.

Thanks for that I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to **** anything up, I haven't come across an ignition system like it before.
It works as it should.
