2000 LX Y8 Charge System Issues
2000 LX with a Y8 swap. Previously had a Y8 in it with the wrong ecu, **** a rod. Was replaced with a Y8 and the correct M/T ecu.
Car will not charge, currently has a brand new battery in it, 2 alternators that were tested at 2 locations.
Fuse 15 is not blown and the yellow/brown (12v source) shows 12v at the alternator when the car is running. Meaning there is power @ the alternator to produce a charge.
If the power lead is disconnected from the fuse box (alternator to fuse box) and tested voltage leaving the alternator hovers in the mid 14's. Once the wire is reconnected voltage drops to apx 10-11v. Assuming a straight drain on the battery. The car runs great, there is no battery light given and no CEL.
Any insight on where to go? Bad ELD? I would assume not, since it would still be operational when the alternator-fuse box feed is disconnected.
Everything is tight and clean, all grounds have been triple checked, it isnt my first rodeo, but Im running down a whole bunch of dead end streets here...

Have you voltage tested it? Click the fuses link in my signature.
The wire to voltage test in the alternator 4P connector is Blk/Yel, not Yel/Brn. Does the Blk/Yel wire have battery voltage with the key in ON(II)/engine off?
Does the battery light work?
Describe how you are doing this^ voltage test.
