Does anyone know where to find b18c1 jrsc parts??
I am having a major issue.
I have the Jackson Racing b18c1 supercharger and manifold but do not have the alternator bracket or the lower belt tension-er bracket or the stepped alternator pulley.
I have searched for a while now and i cannot seem to find any place that sells them new or used. Or if there is a way to run it without those brackets.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hope you have a time machine.... seriously
JRSC has not made any honda/acura kits in a long time... nor do they or did they have spare parts and no one ever bought a kit and made tooling to re-create the parts.
You CANNOT use the JRSC kit without the parts you are missing. People make new stepper pulleys but they raise boost levels
best bet is to post in the JRSC thread and see if anyone has any leads on parts. the guy to talk to is MRGRIM, he seems to know everything about any JRSC related

I wouldnt say Relic more like the hens now have teeth
Thanks for the compliment Wantboost
as ive posted before those parts your after are almost impossible to find there are no new parts avalible
unless your just after pulleys they can be had new
the only way to obtain things like the brackets and ALT mount would be with a complete kit of if someone is selling the remains of a kit that has a destroyed charger

wow that sucks...
I am going to try and get the blueprints from jackson.
if they won't release them then i am going to have to have my own pieces made up. the hardest part being the alt bracket. can someone tell me if the alt bracket relocates the alternator or if it was just used to mound the tension-er bracket

Then prepare to make them. As for the bracket, since you'll have to make them anyway, place the alternator where you like.
The ALT is relocated to lower on the block and also incorporates the lower idler pullley
If you google the JRSC b18 you should get enough pics to see how its placed and what it looks like off the engine

the patents should have already expired, unless moss reapplied when they got the tooling and patterns
Yeah I am mocking up everything now. I have a close family friend with cnc machines who is going to help me out with this.
In the meantime what is a good shop to send the charger to for coatings and rebuild. Also is there anyone who is running that inter cooler that can give me a review on it
Thanks again for all the responses and as far as patents I can't find any current patents for the older supercharger kits

The rebuild you could do your self it isnt that hard once you buy a rebuild kit
with regaurd to the coatings there is such a minimal gain in haveing them that if there flakeing or peeling you can just strip the rotors and leave them
many including myself have stripped rotors with no adverse effect on performance
it can also be quite costly to have them done for a 0.1% gain
The air to water cooling works well but it comes down to flow and surface area size of the heat exchanger / radiator you use for it .. BIGGER is better
I use a 24"x 12" x1" with -An12 hose and fittings for maximum cooling but with little to no air flow restriction so the engine radiator and ac heat exchanger dont suffer
with my setup it rarely goes above 10c over ambient temp but if it does it comes
down very fast

thank you for the info MRGRIM.
I am probably going to take your advice and just rebuild it myself
And a friend of mine and i are going to work on making our own intercooler setup.

Do you need measurements or what it looks like? I have a kit right now in pieces sitting in my basement as Im waiting til it warms up a little to put it on. I may also have a alternator double pulley for sale soon however i gotta tell you it is not in the best shape and is not a stepper pulley.

the hardest part will be getting the 3d model right so you can start turning it on a lathe... you'll probably have to do the initial shape roughing on a mill though, depending on what size billet you start with.
Also any part you make really needs to be hard coat anodized as well (like some of the JRSC components) so they won't wear as quickly, not to mention it does strengthen the part slightly

this is where I got my parts to get mine together. but the parts you are talking about are not made anymore.

I have a machine shop that made all my brackets except the alternator casing. I am on the hunt on who to contact for the diagram or 3d cad diagram for the alt casing. Anyone know who used to work for jrsc who might have any leads
Oh and btw if anyone needs the brackets pm me..meaning if you need them made.
