Has anyone done a hydro conversion on a EF by using a DC pedal assembly?
Just wondering if anyone here has gone hydro on a EF without using any cable to hydro kits. Ive heard that you can go hydro on a EF using a DC pedal assembly along with the clutch master cylinder? ... Thinking on doing this since my friend is giving me all the parts that will be needed for this but just need tips from ppl that have done this
Yup. Been done. Not sure about the exact parts but it has been done. You need to be able to weld to say the least. It's not a bolt in switch. You have to custom fit everything.
PM Sh!ft.
He has done similar, but his images are all broken now.

The kits work well from my personal experience, and I would assume much easier than modifying DC parts to work, but hey, if its cheap/free and you want it to work then go for it. Shouldnt be too difficult.

Check a old thread of mine if you're interested in doing it the "correct" way:
