HELP Cranks but No Start civic 96 ex
Help. My car was misfiring so i took out the spark plug wires from cylinder 3 while the car was running and the car died and havent started since. I changed spark plugs, wires, and distributor.
I'm not great with electrical, especially when I can't test. A new disributor covers 98% of all problems short of the MAIN RELAY which is two relays in one that controls computer power and fuel power. These are also very common problems with Hondas in the 90s being they are 20+ years old now. I had to change several in my Hondas over the years.
Is there spark now?
Is there fuel pressure at the rail?

The spark is your problem and I believe it is linked to the Main relay. The main relay I believe is located under the drivers side of the dash up pretty high. It is a large grey relay that says main relay and has a red bottom where the connector is. Checking fuel pressure isn't so easy with hondas but a quick spray of starting fluid into the intake air stream will diagnose ANY lack of fuel problem.
I have to change these out before and they are hard to get down so go easy with a flashlight and find it.
