CR-V will not start, not battery, clicking noise
'04 Honda CR-V will not start. Over the past few weeks, it has only started sometimes but has been getting gradually worse to where it will not start up at all now. Used to be able to put the car in neutral and then it could be started, but that is no longer working either. Had the battery checked twice, and it is fine. Also had the starter and alternator checked at the auto part store, where they both checked out to be fine. There is a clicking noise when I try to start it. Attached is a link for a video where you can hear the clicking.

The starter may check out ok on a test stand, but it sounds like there is not enough amperage reaching the starter. I would take a hard look at the cable from the battery to the starter.
Also check the ground cable. If the ground is not good from battery to engine, the starter will not work as it should.
