Hey ht, my friend broke one of the water outlet housing bolts that goes into the inner part it, trying to put on a new thermostat, and now I have to replace the whole thing... It is being held on by links, and zip ties currently. I noticed that I could buy and change it out so I was wondering what were the steps for removal, and installation if possible. All help is appreciated, thank you for your time.

 

tap and die, search youtube and watch a couple of videos before trying it yourself. lemme guess, over tighten it?
