I've gone to every parts store and two dealerships and I've spent who knows how long online trying to find a part number for the bushing on the drive side door handle. It's a plastic bushing that is supposed to be replaced if removed...
Here is a picture of it.

It is the bushing in the top right section #4. If some one knows the part number or where I can get one PLEASE let me know. I've seen it talked about dozens of times on here but no one mentions the part number or where the hell I can find one. I have been opening my door from the passenger side for almost a week now. And it's getting kind of old.
Thanks!

FYI that bushing is possibly the most annoying thing on my Civic. I avoid detaching it from the handle at all costs, so this means some real gymnastics when I have to remove the outer door handle.

Why remove the bushing? If you remove the 10mm bolts from the handle and get a 90 degree or loop hook tool to remove the c clip in the lock the handle will come out and spin off the rod.

I didn't remove it. It broke off. If I'm ever doing anything in there besides fixing a window that fell off track I'm usually replacing the door handle. I just pull everything out at once when that happens.
