68mm TB Too Big For Bolt On GSR?
I've been digging around Google and various forums with not much avail. I have a 94 GSR with bolt ons and looking into a mild set of cams. I also have an opportunity to pick up a 68MM throttle body from a friend for cheap. My question is: Will a 68mm throttle body be too much for a I/IM/H/E GSR with a stage 1 (GSC N1) cams?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You should be fine. Won't see any performance gains but you should have a slightly better throttle response. You may run into idle issues. I removed my 68mm due to issues with idling.
You shouldn't have any problems if you calibrate the TPS correctly. Make sure it is set the same.
I gsr motor is currently running:
- Skunk2 intake manifold
- 70mm Alpha Throttle Body
- Pwjdm Power Chamber Intake
- Greddy 4-2-1 Headers
- 2.25" Apexi n1 full catback
Didn't have any issues with idling when I installed my throttle body and manifold. But yeah, check to make sure your TPS sensor is calibrated right. Should be a DIY thread somewhere on the internet.

there is the chance it will idle higher then stock, at least mine does for some reason 74mm tb to 74mm s2 ported IM. I did adjust everything but it still idles at 1-1.3K lol no complaints, it's a track car so not like i'm stuck in traffic.
my 0.02 on it
my 0.02 on it
Yeah, but it won't be too bad. At 74mm it prob would. lol. But you should be fine with 68mm. haha
