Integra Clicking/Clunking Noise
Hey guys, ever since I've bought my 96 GSR I've noticed that it makes a single click/clunking noise when I'm riding the clutch in first or reverse, shifting and letting go of my throttle abruptly. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Here's a clip of the sound, sorry it's a bit quiet so you might have to turn up the volume.
Start from 0:09-0:15
I was just repeatedly pushing and releasing my gas pedal in the video in gear. It makes a single clunk sound everytime I did it (kind of sounds like you are tapping your fingernail on a table). It happens when I'm feathering the clutch in 1st/reverse gear and as I'm shifting as well.

Sounds like you have loose engine mounts or wheel end parts. 1st and reverse produce the most torque, and would be the most prone to announcing noise from loose parts.
yeah engine mounts i'd at least look at - on my gfs rsx the front and back need to be replaced, makes the same sound only in 1st and reverse, after that it's smooth sailing. Is it bumpy/vibrating (kind of looks like it in the video)? maybe one of the engine brackets needs some work?
