Times like this, and you ask yourself. Was the intake really worth it?

Why not pull the spark plugs, rotate the crank by hand a few times, and then crank it with the starter to see what it does?

Ok you really need to do some research and/or have professional look at it.

DO NOT try to crank it be4 you remove sparkplugs...
if you're lucky then just getting the water out will be enough...
but worst case is - engine replacement...
Anyway...
did you try google'ing??
"Physical damage to metal parts can manifest as a "crashing" or "screeching" sound and usually requires replacement of the engine or a substantial rebuild of its major components." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrolock

You'll learn pretty quickly that 90% of the "community" likes to be spoon fed everything constantly.

Chrys9008 it is not hard they unscrew after removing the spark plug wires. If you need a better description of what to do, google your particular car year/sub-model/engine and you will most likely find several images, videos and other links that will show you exactly what will need to be done.

Since I do not feel like doing my 'Carnac' stick as Turkey is about to be shoveled into my mouth. I cannot help you. Since you have not even given a Year/submodel/engine that your Accord is, kinda hard to help you.

Gotta put some effort forward to help us help you.
