Default Engine Hunting

OK I'm Going to start this thread with everything that I have done/ replaced.
I have replace the dizzy.
Throttle body (the old one was sticking bad)
breaks
patched the exhaust.
Changed wires and spark plugs.
Replace all the seals from the head gasket and up. (Alot of work)
Had to reset the timing belt and timing on the cams.
Checked all my vacuum seals.
Replaced the entire clutch.
Replaced oil sensor.
and 1 axel
Now the throttle body was my last problem. And my idle is hunting high and low. I've cleaned the iatv. And im at a loss. I've put soooo much money into this car and I just can't get it right. The car was also a convertion (and done poorly). I'm on the verg of selling it but I just picked up new tires and rims. If anyone has somthing I can check let me know! I'm so fusterated.

Take apart the FITV. Look at thr large plastic "cap" looking thing on the inside. Tighten it back up. Reinstall. Witness miracles.
