Default Clutch pedal won't fulley come up after clutch install.

USDM gsr tranny, CC stage 1 clutch with CC flywheel. slave cyl was replaced a year ago and has no visible leaks same with the line going to it. The CMC has plenty of fluid and this is where I'm stumped....any suggestions ?

Try adjusting the clutch pedal

Brake fluid can eat rubber and make it look gooey like grease. Kinda why brake systems that have seen no love turn black. There is a pedal return spring, and if that's off the pedal won't come up all the way, but shouldn't affect clutch performance. Mines been missing for years. Its completely possible yours is leaking.

I just don't get why it's "dead" and there are no leaks/loss of fluid. I know I posted that pic but seems strange however I did google CMC leak and the pics there do look like my integra's CMC.

anyone ? the strange thing is the fluid level in the CMC never went down !

the pedal is "glued" to the floor no springs or anything lost the floor is bare metal. also bleeding the slave is a 2 person job right ?

just cut a 2x4 to size so it will hold the pedal down when you prop it against the seat bottom. a vacuum pump to slurp on the slave helps too, only about $30.

You don't need 2 people or "special" tools to bleed a clutch or brakes. You do need a vaccum line and a bottle.

Anyway...is the slave cylinder moving the clutch fork when you press the pedal down?

A failed mc can have a damaged piston that allows pressure to flow past. Its like bad piston rings. No pressure no motive force. Also excessive air in the lines does the same thing. When my rubber line was leaking, I never noticed until the pedal hit the floor and didn't come up. The reservoir was empty and after refilling I had to bleed the **** out of it. You can do it yourself just get a line that seals well on the bleeder screw, and put it into a bottle of fluid, then open the screw and move that pedal like the Dickens with your hands, not as effective but it works. It just won't build pressure till you shut the screw.

i'm just going to replce it lol the only thing I'm scared of is stripping the nut(I have a 10mm flare wrench). or bending/cracking the line. Any one suggest that Omni power one lol looks gimmicky to me.
