Default Del Sol oil leak

1996 B16A2 DOHC Del Sol
Originally believed the leak was coming from the oil pan gasket, however after further investigation I found more leaks coming from above the pan and oil being thrown all over behind the engine block. A bit confused by the lower timing belt cover being shredded at the crank pulley? Also the air breather unit is coated in oil?

I am seeing this as an oil pump leak, any other thoughts? see photos included.

My vote is for oil pump/rear main seal area.

Rear main? That would be at the tranny side, its seems it is from the front side of block. Does your crank wobble at all? Weird that the timing cover seal was chewed up like that. What the seal surface look like on the balancer? Is it nicked up? Any way you can torque down the crank bolt, clean everything off, fill back up with oil and track down the leak while its running, while watching where its coming from? Thats a mess... Make sure you have good oil pressure - it could be the seal on the oil pump, but thats a lot of oil... did it dump all at once, or over time?

Really didn't see much oil around the oil pump. Really think that I didn't get a good seal on the oil pan. Also got a trans leak and a possible power steering fluid leak, both may have contributed to the mess. The leak began about a month ago and has just not let up. Going to do the pan gasket again and hopefully pinpoint the leaks as it's running.

Take your time and clean the residue off before you try to pinpoint it. I would use some dye and a black light too. No sense in just spraying a bit of brake cleaner and looking for a leak, might as well prep(clean) the area properly beforehand, so you dont waste your time.
