heres the deal i bought a 01 accord f23 w/ blown timing belt. i figured i would try a belt real quick to see if it would run... it did missing on 2 & 3. pulled the head to discover only 2 bent valves i replaced them installed the head... still missing on 2&3. i pulled the plug wires while running the wires r sparking..

When you replaced the bent valves did you have a valve job done or inspect the valve seats for imperfections?

The CKP sensor determines timing for fuel injection and ignition of each cylinder and also detects engine speed. The TDC sensor determines ignition timing at start-up (cranking) and when crank angle is abnormal. The CYP sensor detects the position of No. 1 cylinder for sequential fuel injection to each cylinder.

I would just do a quick $20 compression test to see if those cylinders are actually holding compression vs the other 2.

Another thing you could try is to unplug your No. 2 & 3 injector connectors while it's running to see if the engine rpm changes. That or use a screw driver or something to listen to the injectors while the engine is running to see if they are firing.

Not sure that knocking the sensor would only cause a fuel issue on two injectors. Is the check engine light on?

I would also try a compression test to verify that the new valves are sealing properly. You could also check the valve adjustment/clearances.
