RHD jdm ITR to LHD, some questions :)
Hi everybody!
I am from Spain, and to legalize my imported JDM Honda Integra Type R DC2 I need to swap the firewall, and I have just buyed a damaged LHD DC2 integra to have the firewall

I have checked some forums and I have the idea of swapping the firewall, that doesn't scare me
The problem is that part of the wiring is missing, the one that goes to the passenger door and the fusebox under the bonnet, and also both sides that goes to the headlights, horn, fan...., also the inner fusebox and the fusebox under the hood missing...
The question is... if I find a civic eg/eh or ek for breaking, can I take the engine loom, the fuse boxes and all the wiring that goes to the front headlights?
My integra is obd2a i think, but the engine loom is like the eg/eh civic, so if I find a civic eg/eh for breaking, can I get all the wiring and put it to the integra? Or it has to be from a obd2a civic EK?
Many thanks!!

Yes! I love it. I have never seen anyone do this.
One snag with the plan is the chassis wiring varies between years. For example, a USDM 98' ITR is has a single piece chassis harness from taillights to headlights. A 99' GS-R is a two-piece harness, with a separate under-dash unit.
What year is your ITR? If it will help I'l donate my under-dash 99' GS-R harness to the cause if you want to cover shipping. Best of luck.

The base model is a '96 96 spec JDM DC2, but the firewall and all of the wiring I have is from a '01 Integra DC2 EuroSpec (Imported from Switzerland to Spain in '05).
The wiring of the 96spec JDM is 2 piece, but I can't tell you how's the wiring of the Eurospec '01 because all the engine wiring, the wiring that goes to the passenger door and fusebox and the wiring that goes to the headlights fan, horn... is missing.
I am very glad you can donate it for my project, if I can't find anything around Barcelona I will pick yours, of course, paying the shipping cost!!

Here in the dominican republic we have a los of legits DC2 from 97-01 JDM spec and we also have to change the RHD o LHD cause of the road laws it sucks but the cars came out very good from the swap
Have you thought about finding a lhd rolling shell. That was you can swap every thing over and still have your oem jdm shell just incase ( or even sell it) ITs a lot of hassle but so is a fire wall conversion lol.

Thanks to everybody for cheering me, I keep looking if the wiring is the same as a civic EH or EK, if not many thanks for those who have offered the wiring to donate me, I really really apreciate!!
Luvmihatch, if the Integras weren't so expensive here in spain I would have done this...
In all of spain there are less than 50 Integra's Type R rolling, and the 2 or 3 that are for sell at the moment they are about 11.000-15.000€ (from 15.000$ to 20.000$)
So I found that crashed shell with all papers and the license plates legalized at a reasonable price and I bought it without thinking on it very much... Here a Integra is a very very rare car as you can see
A bit of update.. here you can see both dashboards, I need the airbag delete tray for the LHD.. it had the airbag exploded

And here in the boat.. sailing from Ireland to the north of France with the 3 integras that we bought (The black one has a 250bhp K20a heart... it is being swaped to my EG6) I was sooo happy

When the insurance hadn't expired I went to a JDM meet.. and you can see... those cars maybe in the USA are more current, but for me, making a photo with a twin turbo supra MK4 and al RX7 FD is like a dream, there are a few in all of Spain:

And here some bonus photos, I hope you like it!!
