Electical Load Misfire
so i have a 90 integra rs @ 258Kmiles , its bone stock minus the replacement parts. my problem is i get a misfire at idle with higher electrical load ex, lights on, blinker or hazards, stereo on, blower fan, and when the engine is cold. the misfire goes away when the engine is hot and everything is off and im driving. i have done a little diagnostic work i checked the wires with spark gap tester at 20K and got spark but it still misfires with the one ign cable out and the spark would be inconsistant. i checked to see if the spark was arcing out with a test light but everything was good. i know im getting compression and fuel becuase it goes away when driving and everything else is off at idle. i have also replaced the igniter in the dizzy about 4 months ago. i have also put it on a 5 gas analyizer and got the following
Peaked @ with all the electronics on
Timing @ 16deg BTDC
HC- 4500 PPM
CO - .8%
CO2 - 11.6%
O2 - 5.5%
NOx - 800 PPM

Check your main grounds, [DO NOT just eyeball them] disconnect/clean/reconnect.
Batt. post and cable clamp, batt. to chassis and chassis to engine grounds. 94

Sounds like a high resistance/low current problem with the ignition coil primary circuit. This will reduce the voltage available at the secondary to spark the fuel. fcm's recommendations are legitimate, do those. Too many people neglect basics like the terminals and power supply/ground.
I would also advise a compression test to ensure the bores are sealing up.
Your NOX is pretty high for a misfiring engine.

ok so i checked the distributor with a pico scope and everything looked good. then i checked charging voltage. with everything on at idle my alternator was only charging at 12.58v. with everything off it was at 14.06V. and my freind pointed out to me that you can hear an arching sound. i thought it was just a loud fuel injector, but it only happends when its misfiring. we couldnt see the arc.
yea ill check my compression. it is supposed to be 135-185 psi right with a 28psi variation? also what fuse do i pull to disable fuel when cranking for compression?
