Does anyone know of a plug or what size plug I would need to remove the antenna on my 1996 Honda Accord? I could always remove the antenna and measure it myself if no one knows off hand, but I figured Honda's being so popular that some one might know.

Antenna is broken. Pretty much every oem audio related clip is snipped and some wires even removed from a previous owners "friend" who was a crack head. I'll eventually run a hidden style antenna and fix all the harnesses or just make a plate to delete the radio section. Not a big deal. Car looks like crap but runs well.

 

If you mean to remove it there's a special stupid tool that Honda sells to remove it. You might try ebay to find it or honda-tech marketplace someone has to have one.

 

I am not looking for a tool. I am looking to eliminate the antenna and insert a decent looking cap or grommet in it's place.

Darn. Thanks anyways! I'll just remove the antenna and measure the hole with my caliper so I can find a grommet to fit.
