I have 2 OEM remotes that work fine for a day or two and kill the batteries afterwards. Tried 4 different brands of batteries, which means both remotes are nfg. My plan was to pick up a universal learning remote and just use that. Do 99 Civic remotes have a fixed code or a rolling code and what frequency do they run on?
