Oil leaking from head gasket (driver side)
So I got a 96 spec b18c type r and for a while now about 2 weeks or so I noticed that there was a little bit of oil sitting between the head and the block right next to the driver side mount bracket. It wasn't much but today when I opened the hood I saw a bit more. I checked my oil and it's on point. Now the car hasn't given me any problems, it runs fine, vtec engages just fine. I have been having some idle issues, when the RPM's are coming down it'll stay at around 1200 for a sec them it'll drop back to normal. I don't think they're related. Other then that the car is running fine. You guys think I might have too much oil?
Clean the area with brake cleaner and make it virtually sterile.
Dry it off so there is no fluid whatsoever.
Take a half a handful of baby powder and cover the questionable areas and let it sit over night.
Check it in the morning and it will help trace the leak. If it's coming from up top, you'll see a trail in the baby powder. If there is no "trail" and just a puddle, it will expose the leak as well.

I actually got a really good look at the engine and it seems that it is leaking from the intake camshaft seals. It's kinda hard to see from the picture but you can see the seal full of oil. I tried cleaning the area with brake cleaner and see if it's really from there. What would be the method to go about changing these seals?

You can either get a seal puller or pull the seals with a flathead screw driver. I use a flathead. I place it on the seal, angle it AWAY from the cam and TAP on it with a hammer. It will pierce the seal and then you can pry it out. Just pierce the seal so you can securely pry it. Don't punch thru the seal and nick the head. If you have to nick something, better the head than the cam. The cam is spinning....so a nick on the cam will give you more issues. If you do nick the head (it's hard to do unless you're really man handling that screwdriver), just carefully file down the nick and depending on how bad it was, put down a dab of Honda Bond.
When you get the old seal out, make sure the spring came with it.
When you install the new seal, make sure the spring doesn't pop out of it. Use genuine Honda seals.

Sorry for my super late response just haven't had any time to do anything :-/ I plan in finally replacing the seals and my valve cover gasket this weekend. Now my question is do I need to completely remove the cams off the head? Or can I just remove my timing belt and take off the cam gears while the cams are still on the engine?
The seals can be removed without taking the cams out. You MUST be careful not to scratch the cams or head. Getting them out may not be so hard but putting them in straight and even without a very deep socket the same size of the seal is harder. If you just try to tap them in a little here, a little there you eventually deform the seal or collapse it slightly and will fail very soon if not instantly.
The best way is to remove that cams end cap and relieve the tension easing the seal right out. Then LUBRICATE the new seal INNER LIP only and silicone very lightly the outter mount. Gently work it onto the cam and make it very straight. Failure to lubricate the seal will almost definately cause it to fail much sooner than you like.
