Link does not work.
Cars involved in frontals generally have too much bent up to allow the bumper to sit properly no matter what doodads you throw at it. In your original corner photo I'm seeing evidence of a frontal in the way the bumper edge dips away from the hood as it runs to the right.

It's definitely been in some kind of right-front impact. The signal lens is newer on that side, and possibly the headlight on that side as well.
Bumper has been pushed down and to the left at the right corner. It may or may not be the original skin, meaning there's a possibility it's an aftermarket skin. Aftermarket skins usually fit poorly, adding another variable.
There's no way of knowing what needs to be fixed without removing the bumper skin and taking very careful measurements on both sides.
I suspect your stiffeners won't fix this problem. You need a bodyshop.

Thanks for the info! I'm pretty sure my bumper is still the original one. I'll remove the bumper over the weekend and take some pictures. Thanks alot
Something is definitely loose though. I can lift the bumper and it will sit a little more flush with the fender.

Whoever bumped the right corner into something may have fixed only the signal light and nothing else. Bumper removal on G3 cars is a lengthy process, discouraging removal.
So I've had two front impacts and noticed that if the radiator support is tweeked even just a little, it will pull the bumper away from its normal spot and cause what seems to be sagging at where it meets the fender. If you can yank it and get a good look at it, compare it to the other side that's not sagging. Especially the angle between the frame that goes over the tire and the radiator support.
