Default Water outlet

Hey guys,
I'm slowly loosing coolant out of my water outlet. I know it is this because I can see a little bit of coolant dripping from where the upper radiator hose meets the block. After looking at oreilly I noticed there are universal gaskets I can use but I also heard of using red silicone gasket maker instead. I was wondering if any of you have replaced the water outlet gasket before and what you should use.
Thank you!

Car and engine?

No gasket is required. I think you need to use the high temp blue RTV or HondaBond. Then let it dry overnight.
