Is my car a VTEC engine?

I live in UK and have a Honda Civic MB3 1.5 with D15Z8 engine. I don't know if it's a VTEC because there's no VTEC badge at the back or on the engine, how do I find out?

What color is the car?
I thought that all Civics with the light blue paint had the upgraded vtech.
