Icon2 B18C cam timing adjustments???

Alright I know this has been somewhat covered on every forum there is. I am not wanting to copy anyone else's setup just looking for a good direction to go here with my setup. JDM B18C block, LS stock crank and rods, .050 over PCT pistons, PR3-3 head, ferrea ss valves, valve springs and retainers, ITR cams intake manifold and throttle body, Skunk2 cam gears, PLM header, roughly 12:1 compression due to .049" thick head gasket. Few other mods but should be irrelevant in what is recommended as far as where I should set my cam gears to somewhat taking advantage of the ITR cams and not over rev the rods. I'm planning on 8000 max rpm or there about so I need some advice on my cam gear settings.
I know everyone will say dyno or aftermarket rods but I really don't wanna tear it down for rods and I know a dyno is best but that will come later. Any advice would be appreciated

For what you are wanting.... Set to 0,0 and keep driving. Especially for the basic setup you have

But if I don't rev past 8000 I dont feel like I can take full advantage of the cams. That's why I thought moving the powerband down slightly might be better. Like a 2 to 4 degree advancement on both cams?

If your not revving that high then, then you want to reduce the power band to lower rpm range.

I would go 3-4 degrees advance.

Give you a little more kick on bottom end and quicker pop off the line.
