This is a 06-11 civic wheel what would be needed to do this? A universal hub? Or will it bolt right up? (I don't care for air bag)

Also if I was to get an aftermarket wheel all you need is hub or do you need a quick release also? I always see people putting both.

On my 1997 civic the front passenger window switch don't work which I replaced it works before you start the car will work for 30 seconds any longer it will stop working or have a mind of its own any suggestion?
