Icon2 timing

i re timed my accord to factory markings but i think i am slightly off by a brunnets (hmmm) hair its a vibration it did not have after i changed the main cam seal (what a missssion) is there a way to correct timing without taking everything apart please help thanx ohh be the way she starts and runs and v-tec works any help would be greatly appreciated

Nope the only way is to take off the belt. If the only problem is vibration it could be the balancer shaft is not lined up properly.

As holmesnmanny said check the balancer shaft. I've had the same issue with the balancer shaft being off.
