Default Removing wax?

I bought a set of stock headlights for my 98 coupe off ebay and the lens' are all foggy lookin. I'm guessing that it's wax. How do I get it off?

you'll probably have to take them apart and let the moisture out. PPG grease and wax remover is the best, but that's probably not your problem

i think it probably is. the headlights are sitting in the garage with no bulbs, so if it were moisture from the inside, it would evaporate through the bulb holes. So it must be wax.
