Find the rule-sheet of the class you want to run in.

No, decide which class you're running in and build your car based off the rules and the times you'll be running.

Scatter shield @ 11.49 or faster

SFI approved balancer is also @ 11.49 or faster I believe. I haven't seen the rule book on that one but I know my local track started asking me about the balancer around that time...

Most tracks base their rules around the NHRA rule book. At least all the tracks around the northwest. So for like $10 or something, you can pick up an NHRA rulebook and it will tell you everything you need to know.

if you looked at both those links, are you just not reading? all the information is there. I'm sorry were not gonna grab your hand and walk you step by step what rules and regulations you need to follow. I'm currently building a True Street car and i haven't had to ask anybody else what i need...i've followed the NHRA and MIR track rules. Plain and simple, READ it's all there.
