Here's one online that is used, I bought shocks from these guys a couple years back.

 

He wants a srs wheel. The one you posted is a non srs.

 

Also that website has used parts. SR-71 I think you'd be hard pressed to find a place that sells this item new.

 

I know that's why I took a chance here just in case someone would know a site online or place I could order from or if someone here had connections with someone who can buy and import from Japan(even if I know that the process of buying one directly from Honda is not that simple).

As for used ones, I could get one any day but I hardly ever come across one that is really worth buying as JDM used parts dealers rarely care about protecting and wrapping them even when they are still in good shape to start with...so either they're scuffed , worn, half-popped and repeiced togheter and most of the time the stitching is badly fadded and about to turn pinkish.

 

I'd love a new one.
