Engine "Stutter". Anyone diagnose this?
Engine on my honda civic sometimes "stutters",or actually its more of a "hiccup", Pretty sure its not a drivetrain/steering/brakes thing as it affects and is affected by RPM.
Feels as if it weakens for a millisecond, then a short burst of power. This in a very very short amount of time, almost instantaneously.
All I can guess is faulty/old spark plugs or some other electrical stuff, Alternatively it can be condensation in the gasoline, (clogged fuel filter or injectors?).
I have no Check engine light on and everything else is fine.
Anyone of you hardened honda mechanics recognize this issue?
Very grateful for any input.

I'd start with a full ignition tune-up - cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Only use quality replacement parts, such as OEM or NGK. Also, check your timing.
