pressure plate question
2 fingers are slightly bent i am out of money i bout an exedy clutch kit, but exedy pressure plate doesn't match up to light weight flywheel will it be OK to reuse this one?
Not too sure but just from experience with other things, while it's apart you might as well replace everything, cause you're gonna throw it back together and something will happen and you know your gonna have to tear it apart again, better safe than sorry
I had a similar problem and now have a centerforce pressure plate and act friction plate. Not sure about performance, but it all fit together and seemed to function ok by hand. Why does the pressure plate not fit? What's the issue.

....they only go on one way. I'm sure it will fit if you rotate the pressure plate to the right orientation. 1 out of 3 orientations is correct. They're not symmetric. Spin the pressure plate till you find a dowel position that fits.
it doesn't matter^ as long as it's for a b-series trans/engine. ps XTD is a cheap china brand i'd never buy that. Get something from a reputable company ACT, CC, Center force, Exedy or bully.
My centerforce has like 9 holes my fidanza flywheel has 3 dowels and it only goes on one way, takes me 20 minutes or so to figure out which oreintation is the right one. I suggest trying it out a but more.

Plenty of people use aftermarket flywheels and stock replacement clutches. It only fits one way. You only need to try out 3 different orientations. You have about a 33% chance of getting it right the first time.
