Default 93 civic si clutch grinding when releasing clutch pedal

Hey guys, I just recently installed a brand new clutch kit and it seems like clutch is grinding when I let off the clutch pedal. The sound is like a metal to metal grind, happens for half a second.. it grinds from 1-2, 2-3 sometimes 3-4. Can it be the TO bearing or clutch? Help please

Usually the release bearing will make noise under load, but I have seen cases where the release bearing makes noise for a split second during release. That noise can also be caused by noisy/loose bearings on the mainshaft. Was the pilot bearing replaced? How about the release bearing?
