Why the hell are the girdle bolts and the head bolts so similar

Because Honda said so? Because they wanted to reduce tooling costs by using similar bolts for a number of applications?

I'm not mad jw. Because a dude gave me old head bolts and girdle bolts and i don't know which ones are for the girdle
