That's a mighty step to take for your first build.
I wouldn't go as high as 14-15 unless you plan on running ethanol on the street because you will definitely need it with that compression. Pro3's are really big cams though and will do good with a mid-high 12.xx:1 cr.
I'm not a h guy so bore/sleeves n bottom end stuff will have to be answered by someone else. Talk with Nah2b on here. He should know everything you need too.

Yeh big step first build I wanne go all out their really is no bidget..I was thinking maybe to just got with a 13.5 compression seems decent...nd I do plan on using e85 or racing gas if required
Are you going to run the car daily? If yes 300+whp is asking for trouble..
If it's a track only car.. go for a H23 crank, you need a block with 55mm main journals.
13.5 cr. A good flowing head. The pro3s & proper valve train. A good header and intake manifold should get to pretty close to 300whp.

Drcrx I sure will thank u...pippen y asking for trouble????lol nd yeah I was thinking of doing a h23 crank and I plan on making this car like a weekend car and maybe street race is once in a while just a car that I will take out when I feel like being fast I guess I already jave a daily...im going with a xcessive manifold nd right now I have rmf headers but thinking of getting rid of those nd going with bishimoto headers...
Step back away from the plate and do some research. If there is no budget have someone that knows what they are doing build it for you. An engine under that amount of stress has to be clearanced to the T.
I smell pipe dreams though. Everyone has a budget.

95x90mm
13.5:1 comp
pro3's
modified stock intake manifold
good header
b16 trans
300whp no problem and plenty reliable enough to drive on the street once and a while. alot of fun too. gotta run race gas or e85 though

Yeah I already have a b16 lsd trans but its stock and I do plan on doing e85 just hope it all goes well nd I enjoy my self...also was reading something about h22s have oil problems?? Also nah2b..would u recommend a xcessive manifold? And what size injectors would I need to use?
No pipe dreams here brother I make enuff money to afford wateva I wanne do to my build...just wanne try nd do everythimg right no backyard build b.s
You would be well advised to pay attention to what both NAH2B and 98VTEC have to say, they both have alot of experience in making power with H engines.
As NAH2B said, a properly ported stock manifold will work great, especially on the 95x90 build he also advised, so don't go dropping a bunch of cash on the excessive.
For the header, you will be leaps and bounds ahead of a Bisi if you already have an RMF!
I would just get used to the search function on here, and look at posts that NAH2B has made, and some of the other H testing in the all motor, hybrid, and even Prelude secions of the board.

I'll let the other guys comment on the setup for making the power.
as for holding the power: if you are using an obd1 closed deck block, your best bet will be Darton Flanged Sleeves. they're $75 each to buy, and around $125-$150 each to install at any decent machine shop. If you're using an obd2 open deck block, you'll want Darton MID sleeves which are much more pricey
