Default Squeaking when cold.

SO my 2002 Honda Civic tends to squeak when its cold out. Today i popped my hood and started the engine and it started to squeak. Well what it appears to be is the fans that turn on and blow on the radiator. The squeaking seemed to stop when those fans turn off. Now the squeaking will stop after the car runs for a couple mins of driving. Only usually does it when its cold. Any ideas on how to fix it? Tighten something, lubricate? O yeah and it seems to start as soon as the car goes into reverse/drive. So it doesn't just start squeaking right when i turn on the car
