Default free revs at an idle

I know alot of ppl first response is gonna be search the forum. well I did that already and everything I found was everyone saying to change the iacv I already did that and no change I also checked for vacuum leaks and didn't find any. so if anyone could please give me some suggestions on what to do next I'd really appreciate it I don't need any bashing so if you're not trying to help them don't comment. I have a stock d15b7 manual transmission

What is your Year/Model?

Code 19 has something to do with the Torque Converter or a shift solenoid if I remember correctly... was this car swapped to a manual?

Code 15 is an issue with your Ignition Control Module

Can i ask what the problem is because in your description it doesnt say anything ....just your title free rev at idle. Can you be more descriptive of how it idles?

It idles up and down on its own but only in neutral I dont really know any other way to explain it

It's a 1993 coupe I believe the owner before converted it to manual before me which is why it has the auto ecu in it or he just had the wrong one for some reason Idk

Reset ECU to see whether code 15 returns.

Clean the FITV and get the correct ECU.
