Stages between clutch companies can't be compared. For Competition Clutch, the stage 4 clutch is a six puck disc with or without hub springs, rated to 250% increased torque load. Their stage 5 system is a four puck disc with or without hub springs, rated to 300% increased torque load.

Buying a "big" clutch is stupid. Figure out what your actual torque load is, and buy the proper clutch for your car.

That being said, I was running 200/~175 from my D16Y7 with a Greddy 15G on 10PSI, and fried my stock clutch with a quickness. Replaced it with the Competition Clutch 1620 (hub sprung, 6 puck). Left it on after my turbo blew, and still have it on to this day. Love it, I have zero problems driving in any kind of traffic, and my old mother thought it was just a new stock clutch the one time she drove it.
