Hey, I've been having some issues with my 95 civic dx starting. It has a mini-me swap (d16 head d15 block). Recently replaced the alternator and have replaced the fuel pump filter and main relay within the past year. The car starts perfectly fine after sitting for a while, an hour seems to be the magic number. However if I drive it, park it for anywhere from 5-40ish minutes and then try to restart it the fuel pump primes and the engine turns but doesn't actually start as if it doesn't have fuel. Does anyone have any knowledge as to what might cause this?

 

Sounds a bit like ignition related. You can test the coil and igniter separately if you have a manual.
